What does it involve?
We will tell you what to do and how to do it. All you have to do is clear out that pantry of junk, indulge in easy and tasty new recipes and spend 7 (or more) minutes a following along to full-body, motivating workouts. Eat better, feel better and love your life!
How does it work?
Sign up before December 30, 2019 and get ready to take the thinking out of getting results! You will receive a Welcome message that lays out everything you need to know and allows you to shop and prepare ahead of time so you are sure to be ready to stay on the wagon!. Book a Check-in with me between January 2-5th so we can go over your goals and get you pumped up and ready to go! Your program will be loaded onto your app so you can start promptly on January 6th.
