How does it work?

Start where you are at. 

There is a BEGINNER option as well as an INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED option.

I highly recommend starting with the Beginner Core Challenge. It will advance in difficulty, but you will learn how to intentionally engage the deepest layer of your core in order to avoid compensating with other muscles in more challenging exercises.  You can always progress to the Int/Adv Challenge next month!
