Hi, I'm Dawn.


I'm a Kinesiologist and Core Specialist who focuses on re-patterning muscles to reduce pain and improve performance.

Imagine being active and not worrying about getting injured no matter how hard you are on your body?

I will get you there through a keen eye for detail, high form standards and the ability to articulate small tweaks.

My mission is to help you improve your overall mobility and stability and properly strengthen all of your core muscles so that you can achieve your performance and health goals.

With over 20 years experience, I was recently Voted Canada's Top Fitness Trainer & Instructor.
