What does it involve?
Step 1: Sign In -You will have access to loads of core-based videos and workout calendars! 
Step 2: Test-To start, you will do a guided 7 minute Core Assessment to pinpoint areas that will benefit you most personally to strengthen.  Watch the Welcome Video to get the most out of this program.
Step 3: Workout -Filter your workouts by choosing your level, time or specifics (no planks, glutes, etc)
Step 4 -Check In- Weekly live group check-ins will keep you accountable and allow opportunities to ask questions along the way. Daily Reminders, Tips and Videos are posted in the private group feed.

Official Kickoff is Monday January 1st, 2024 at 9AM PST in a LIVE Group Zoom
On December 26, you will receive a Welcome email that lays out everything you need to know - how to sign into your account, gain access to your videos and get started!
